If you can’t make it to your appointment, that’s ok. Life happens. Here are my guidelines to help you manage your time around scheduling appointments with me:
Cancellation:
Less than 48 hours notice for any reason, 60% of the appointment fee must be paid in order to reschedule.
Cancellation:
Less than 24 Hours Notice or Same Day, 100% of the appointment fee is required paid before rebooking.
If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, I may not be able to see you. Please plan your travel and parking time accordingly. This is a big city with lots of people and cars; no excuses. You know where you live.
If you want to book big project hair? Text me. No two situations are the same. I charge per hour for this custom service. It also requires a non-refundable deposit.
